Weekend at a glance: rain, rain, go away #71

My weekend started last Wednesday. My friend Keila was in town and she mentioned going to a Emeli Sande concert. Now, I listened to her album a year ago and was unimpressed. But I do love the 'Next To Me' song they play on the radio so I gave her album another listen. I'm not sure what I didn't hear the first time but by the fifth song, I was purchasing my ticket to the concert that night. Without a doubt, Emeli has a beautiful voice but it was her lyrics that won me over. She was singing my life! 'Clown', 'Mountains' and 'River' are definitely my favorite tunes by her.I don't want to hear a WORD about a drought in Atlanta with all the rain we've been getting lately. It rained the entire holiday weekend but that didn't stop me from getting my new tattoo with my friends.Friends don't let friends get inked alone.We stopped by The Bookhouse Pub for a bite to eat and ended up staying for hours. The rain literally had us trapped. Havarti + Gouda (two of my fave) grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. Simply amazing. But really, I just wanted to take an Instagram-like photo.1) I do not like onions. 2) I will go back for their pickled onions.
